Hearings schedule
Under its Terms of Reference the Commission of Inquiry was required to hold public hearings in affected communities.
Public hearings were held from 11 April to 27 May 2011, from 19 September to 11 November 2011 and from 2 February 2012 to 11 February 2012. All hearings were open to the public, and where possible they were video streamed through this website.
